Team Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
- A Team Sales Manager is a professional who is responsible for the growth of their department.
- They work with their sales team to develop mutually beneficial proposals, negotiate contract terms and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
- Ensuring that the store is clean and well-maintained at report
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers and client
- Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
- Regularly attending sales meetings and training process.
- Ensuring that the store is adequately stocked with company products.
- Performing all duties of the Sales Manager
Candidate requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or graduation in any field.
- Experience: 1 to 2 year in field sales and marketing.
- Age 21 to 38 years.
