Team Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-3 yrs)
- To hire a team of advisors from the open market, friends, family members n references
- Maintain client and customers relationship
- Work according to company's policies
- Train and motivate team members to achieve monthly target
- Bring business from the open market
- Maintain relations with the branch managers and generate leads from them
Candidate's Criteria :
