Team Manager - Sales - Agency Channel - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
- The position of Team Sales Manager - Agency channel is currently open for hire. Interested parties may submit their most recent resumes for consideration in the discussion rounds
Roles and responsibilities include :
- Train, inspire, and provide guidance to a team of sales managers; Generate leads; and
- Build and nurture client relationships.
- Meet with prospective clients and develop long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.
- Achieving predetermined sales targets.
- Monitor the day to day activity, planning & execution of Agency team.
Candidate Profile :
Age : Between 21 to 38 years
Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in Insurance Sales
Education : Graduation complete in any stream
