Team Manager - Primary Sales - Real Estate (4-9 yrs)
What does this role hold for you :
- Building and hiring a strong team of sales professionals
- On-boarding new members, inducting them into basics of Real Estate sales.
- Pitch; explain expectations / objectives / targets clearly.
Assisting the Team in meeting targets, helping in larger client meetings.
- Interfacing with Central Marketing, Technology Team and facilitate adequate leads/ marketing support for Team Members.
- Interfacing with Developer Relations team and ensure clear understanding of the focus properties among team members
- Executing on-ground marketing activities like kiosks in corporate, clubs etc. to keep on generating local self-leads for the Team.
- Establishing client base of organizations, associations, social & corporate business through direct & indirect outside sales effort for the purpose of securing business for the company to ensure that predetermined sales expectations are met and exceeded.
