- Managing a team of 5 to 6 members initially (Laterteam size would be increased)
- Performance review and evaluation
- Achieving team targets
- Handling problems and situations efficiently
- Making new strategies for the team to improve their performance
- Keeping a proper track of sales which is done by the team members
