Job Purpose :

To maximize the sales of a company's goods or services in many different settings. The incumbent is also involved with identifying new markets and business opportunities.

Role Deliverable

- Achieving stretched targets and managing sales in a result-focused environment.

- Leading a team of sales consultants and telemarketers.

- Resolving team and member/ customer conflicts.

- Maintaining strong client relationship and high level of customer service.

- Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities.

- Interacting with other functions for smooth functioning.

- Being updated on new products and services.

- Training, motivating and coaching sales teams.
