Team Manager - Direct Sales - Education (4-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- Need to Hire, Train & Manage a Team of Academic Consultants.
- You'll provide a vision to your team members and drive sales conversions while keeping an eye on their overall career growth and happiness.
- You'll conduct team meetings and evaluations along with training sessions to inspire your team and improve its performance.
- You'll hold your team members accountable for weekly/ monthly/ quarterly meeting and subscription targets.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Mandatory : Sales experience (not customer support or lead warming). Has taken monthly sales target in past.
- Minimum 4 - 8 Years of sales experience (Team Handling)
- Local language skills sufficient. English proficiency not critical.
- Good internet connectivity. R1 has to be on - Google Meet- with candidate logging in from Laptop, to validate this. No Whatsapp video call.
- Android + Laptop mandatory.
CTC Range : 5.50LPA - 7.00LPA
