Team Manager - Customer Support - BFSI (3-10 yrs)
- Customer follow ups across calls and emails and ensure customer queries are resolved within defined turn around times.
- Should be able to take quick decision escalation of complaints.
- Excellent written and spoken communication.
- Ability to handle escalations and diffuse crisis situations
