Team Manager/Branch Manager/AVP - Equity/Commodity/Currency Product (4-7 yrs)
Job Responsibility :
- Developing and Managing team.
- Make strategic planning to grow Business for the all B2C & B2B Branches of Delhi/NCR.
- Advising clients on profitable Investment opportunities for Equity, Commodity and currency products
- Keeping in touch with customers through personal visits, telephone calls and correspondence.
- Creating cross sell and up sell opportunities.
- Identifying, acquiring, developing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Delivering excellent customer support.
- Planning projects and activities systematically in line with business priorities.
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of competitor activity, products and services.
- Attending and contributing at sales meetings.
- Measuring customer satisfaction levels.
- Answering product related questions from customers.
- Taking on complex customer issues and resolving them.
Desired candidate profile:
- Graduate / Post graduate with overall experience of 4 yrs- 8yrs
- Should be an excellent individual performer, Should have at least 1yr of experience in a team handling role
- Should have good man management skills, communication,
- Should be a result oriented, self starter, proactive, strong motivator & collaborative. Focused on team cohesion, dynamics & constantly improve quality of performance.
- Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills
- Should be currently associated with Stock Broking industry only.
