Team Manager - B2C Sales - BFSI (6-12 yrs)
1. To prospect and retain clients.
2. To achieve budgeted targets in terms of number of clients/volume of business & assets.
3. To understand student and parent needs & requirements and accordingly position products & services.
4. To recommend strategies students can use to achieve their career objectives, including specific recommendations in areas such as time management and study planning.
5. To ensure a one-point relationship for the client both on field and over phone.
6. To contact parents periodically and determine if they are satisfied with the service and returns generated.
7. To provide various performance reports and summaries of students to the parent.
8. To build and maintain client bases, along with relevant comments/remarks for future reference.
9. To conduct and assist in organizing seminars, workshops and other business development activities.
10. To prepare the MIS reports in the specified formats.
11. To handle customer complaints and coordinate with support team to resolve complaints.
12. Keeping track of competitor activities and analyzing latest market trends.
13. To be able to work on Saturday and Sunday (one week off between Monday to Friday)
Requirement:-
1. Field job sales experience in B2C sector (Do not entertain B2B much. Their work timing do not match with ours)
2. Experience of at least 4-5 year in B2C sector
3. Practical work Timing 11:00 am to ~8.00 in Office (up till 11:30 PM -To mange DSA Over a phone)
4. Good communication skill (Have to do lot of calling on phone for negotiation and objection handling)
5. Preferred candidate who have sold services (like insurance, vacation plans, matrimony) or people who have sold product cost between 5k - 100k
7. Lead a team of 10 or more people for at least 2-3 years. (We will NOT consider people who have managed 100 freelancers or people who are coordinating with 100 people to get things done. Not the same thing.
8. We need people who own hiring and firing and deliverables of at least 10 people for TL role)
8. Excel or google sheet expertise helps a lot.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
1. BSc/MSc/Engineers with PCM/PCB in XI and XII
2. Knowledge about subject specific tips and tricks in PCMB
3. MBA with 6 to 12 years of experience in Retails Asset Products, Personal Loans, wealth management.
SKILLS OR CHARACTERISTICS:
1. Experience in wealth management/client management.
2. Excellent communication skills and pleasing personality.
3. Strong customer orientation.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
