Team Leader/Wealth Manager - BFSI (5-10 yrs)
We have an opportunity for a team leader Premier Wealth for a leading financial firm.
Location: Bangalore, Chennai
Chennai is on priority
CTC: 18 LAKHS max
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of Wealth Managers and Team leaders.
- Serve as a dedicated single point of contact for 100 to 125 HNWI clients and to upscale their assets under management.
- Team Management & Motivation.
- Client Management/ Servicing
- To develop and manage relationships with HNI clients in order to provide them with investment products and services in line with their risk profile.
- To propose Asset allocation / Portfolio maintenance / Review portfolio.
- To meet the revenue targets for self & assigned team
- To deal with product like Private Equity, PMS, Direct Equity (Cash & F&O), Mutual Funds (Debt & Equity), Currency Trade, Real Estate, Real Estate Funds, Structured Products, Bonds (Primary & Secondary Market), General Insurance & Life Insurance.
- To continuously track market trends and customer requirements and give feedback to product team to design new products
- Good quality, timely and proactive services to all clients
- Responsible for recruiting, training and nurturing the team.
- Wealth Management for HNI clients across all asset class including Equity, Mutual Funds, Real Estate, Bonds, Debts, Fixed Deposits, Private Equity, Alternate Investments and Structured Debt, Structures, Loans, Life and General Insurance etc.
