Team Leader - Wealth/Investment Products Sales (7-18 yrs)
We have an opening in a leading financial institution.
Designation - Team Leader-Premier Wealth
Location - Delhi, Noida and Gurugram (Gurgaon)
(1) Estimating, Forecasting and tracking of sales & revenue numbers
(2) Develop and manage relationships with Emerging Affluent clients provide investment products and services in line with their financial needs & objectives
(4) Meet the Revenue targets for self and assigned team
(5) Proposing Asset allocation/Portfolio maintenance/Review of portfolio
Team Management :
(1) Manage a team of Premier Wealth Managers who interact with clients
(2) Manage the distribution of leads/resources to the team to ensure optimum manpower utilization & plan sales activity
(3) Have sales hurdle with the team & make sure a continuous interaction is carried among the team members & solve all related problems of the Premier Wealth Managers
(4) Ensure regrettable attrition is under control
(5) Coach & train Premier Wealth Managers on all products.
