Team Leader - Telesales - Stock Broking Firm (3-8 yrs)
Job description
- Candidate should be able to handle a team of 10- 15 members, Should have good team handling skill, and should be from Tele- sales background. Must be a target oriented leader, maintain defined SLA, and should have good knowledge on call quality attrition and shrinkage
- Must have good hands on Microsoft office tools, and experience on any call center dialer will be an added advantage.
- To lead an operations team, focused on delivering core metrics of productivity and quality. Should be responsible for planning, assigning and directing work.
Business Management:
- Knowledge of share market - Stock broking, Franchisee or B2C business would be an advantage
- Driving daily target of the team
- Ensuring SLA
