Profile Summary:
An accomplished and results-driven Team Leader - Tele Sales with 4 to 8 years of experience in leading high-performing sales teams. Adept at managing team performance, driving sales targets, and maintaining high-quality standards. Proven expertise in recruiting, training, and coaching sales agents to improve their skills and achieve individual and team goals.

- Proficient in performance tracking, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing action plans to enhance overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities :
1. Shift Adherence: Ensure the team adheres to the scheduled shift timings and reports on time.
2. Recruitment & Training: Assist in recruiting, training, and coaching the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
3. Product Updates: Keep the team informed about new product updates and ensure seamless implementation of changes.
4. Task Delegation: Delegate tasks effectively to team members and set clear deadlines for completion.
5. Target Setting: Set individual and team targets based on management's instructions and ensure their achievement.
6. Motivation & Floor Management: Keep the team motivated and maintain a vibrant atmosphere on the sales floor to meet sales targets.
7. Performance Reporting: Prepare and maintain various performance reports, including:
- Sales report
- Team performance report
- Individual agent performance report
8. Roster Management: Manage team rosters based on the process requirements and ensure smooth operations.
9. Daily Reporting: Send daily reports to the reporting manager, which include:
- Daily attendance tracker (Excel)
- Daily run rate tracker (Team and Agent Target)
- Consolidated location-wise sales/revenue tracker
10. Non-Performer Action Plan: Develop and implement action plans to address performance issues among underperforming agents.
11. Weekly Review: Conduct weekly performance reviews with the reporting manager to evaluate progress and areas for improvement.
12. Unplanned Leave Management: Manage and track unplanned leaves to ensure adequate team coverage.
13. Quality Control: Ensure the team maintains a high-quality score and follows best practices in sales interactions.
Qualification:
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: 4 to 8 years in a Tele Sales or Sales Leadership role
