Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for leading the fast growing activation team and shall be accountable for the achievement of activation and profitability targets through this channel.
2. The job requires leading 15-20 team members and ensuring that the quality and quantity of effort meets company expectations.
3. Own and hit/exceed monthly activation targets.
4. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
5. Monitoring and working on various performance metrics with focus on productivity improvement.
Desired Candidate's Profile :
1. Proven experience of leading customer success/activation teams
2. EduTech/Tele Sales / Call Center background would be an added advantage.
