We have an urgent requirement of 40 Team Leader Operations (Grade II) for Flipkart Process @ Mohali.
Following is a brief about them:
1. CTC Offered: 2.75 LPA - 3.50 LPA (depending on skillset)
2. Must be working as a TL in a customer care business
3. Able to express himself/herself in English
4. Willing to work 24X7
Responsibilities :
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Set clear team goals
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Motivate team members
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Listen to team members- feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

- Suggest and organize team building activities
Requirements :
- Proven work experience as a Team leader on paper with a Brand BPO for any Customer Service Process.
- Must have handled Team of at least 30+ Team Members.
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Decision-making skills
- Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
- Should be Localite of MOhali/Punjab or willing to relocate to MOhali on immediate basis.
