Designation : Team Leader
Candidate should have experience in Tele-sales or Tele-marketing experience.
Endeavor to establish an outstanding working relationship with service providers in designated field.
Set up processes to track key indicators such as schedule adherence, attendance and absenteeism.
Communicating feedback to his/her span satisfactorily
Willingness to work under stringent targets and pressure
Team player and open to feedback
Ensure Retention of team members is within the agreed norms.
Skills required :
Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi language)
Should be a graduate or should have completed 15 years of education
Inclination towards process improvements
Good presentation skills
Excellent MS-Excel, Word,
Orientation towards working with people
Good analytical skills
