Team Leader/Team Manager - Inside Sales - EduTech Firm (0-4 yrs)
Product- E learning Application -Edutech industry (5th to 12th grade)
- Immediate joiner preferred -B2C & B2B experience
- Reporting directly to GM(general manager) Inside sales Team manager
- Should be able to build a high-performance sales team to ensure customer satisfaction, also be able to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals.
- Initially he/she will have 3 to 4 members. Later we as we build up the team members will increase likewise.
- Candidate is expected to work for 13 to 14 hours. Also have to work on week offs.
Policy to use your own laptop and Android phones.
Experience required: 6 months plus
