Team Leader/Senior Team Leader - Sales - Real Estate (3-5 yrs)
As our team member, you- ll hit the ground running equipped with support of sales and marketing tools, online resources, and lead generation.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Team Leader and Sr. Team Leader are expected to manage their respective teams, setting their targets and ensuring the teams achieve their set targets.
- Prospect for buyer leads, convert leads to appointments, close sales deals, and conduct high-level fiduciary needs analyses.
- Meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Understanding and promoting company programs.
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Maintaining client records.
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3 year or 4 year Bachelor's Degree.
- Knowledge of local area and properties.
- Experience in Real Estate sales.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
