Team Leader/Senior Manager/AVP - Sales - Real Estate (8-13 yrs)
Job Description
To maximize the client sales revenue and volume in a given territory/ area by effectively leading and guiding a team of sales agents. Also, act as a single point contact on a Project that he/she leads the delivery operation for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate of sales plans for sales agents in line with the business unit strategy
- Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets through mandated and non-mandated sales in the residential segment in the zone/territory
- Train and evaluate the performance of the team
- Develop relationships with builders and investors and end-customers
