Description :
- We are looking for Team Leader seller experience having experience in Customer Service Operations managing and maintaining relationship with customers by supporting them on clearance of their issues in a timely manner, by coordinating with cross functional teams thereby making a positive impact on SOLV's seller experience.
- The seller experience specialist is obsessed with information accuracy and data quality and excel at dealing with ambiguity and challenges in a rapidly changing environment, while delivering results against set targets.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Support business teams to address sellers- account health concerns, including driving effective escalations and influencing cross-functional teams to support issue resolution.
- Track, analyze, and report seller escalation trends; identify areas of possible process/program/product improvement.
- Attend to customers complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Understand business processes and review for the effectiveness of controls within those processes.
- Partner with process owners to identify opportunities to strengthen and re-engineer intensively manual controls through new system development initiatives or enhancements to existing applications
- Carry out Reconciliations between Sellers & Logistic Teams to obtain Monthly No Due Certificates.
- Establish, Control & Monitor, cash Reconciliations at 3P end to ensure timely remittances to sellers.
- Support Team of Recon Executives & Seller Experience Relationship Managers through Warehouse/seller visits

Skills & Experience :
- 5-6 years of experience in Customer Service Operations.
- Acumen to improvise on processes to achieve higher customer satisfaction
- Experience in handling large teams & passion to deliver targets
- Experience in Vendor Management & controlling outsourcing activities
- Should have superior excel knowledge to work on data lakes.
- Strong attention to detail with proven analytical, deep dive, and problem-solving skills
