1. Details of B2B Sales tasks for SMB and Broadband Products :
a) Map the potential customer and create new opportunities in the given Cluster
b) Delivery of assigned target numbers
c) Relationship with key influencers and customers in the cluster.
2. Details of B2B Market share tasks :
a) Maintain prospect database of the Cluster Universe
b) Work to achieve a 40% market share in the assigned cluster
c) Execute sales promotion programs to win new customers
3. Details of B2B Localized Marketing tasks :
a) Identify key visibility actions for marketing in the cluster and building.
b) Coordinate with Internal Marketing/trade agency for execution of such activities
c) Track Competition in the cluster and update the stakeholders in order to maintain the edge.
4. Details of B2B Permission tasks :
a) Liaison with the Real Estate Managers of the buildings in order to secure necessary permission for laying In building Infrastructure
b) Coordinate with the backend team for execution of the agreement
c) Develop relationships to access new and existing opportunities in the Buildings
5. Details of B2B Rollout coordination tasks :
a) Coordinate with Internal Project teams for priority rollout area in the cluster
b) Align sales & marketing actions in-line with the rollout
