Team Leader - Sales - Real Estate (5-10 yrs)
Team Leader vacancy with a leading Real estate Company in Gurugram. The Company is looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Leader who will be responsible for overseeing the team and ensuring that sales targets are met. You will drive your team to deliver excellent customer service, maintaining the values and ethos of our company.
Responsibilities :
1. Lead and motivate the team to achieve their sales targets.
2. Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
3. Coach and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
4. Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity, and profitability.
5. Liaise with the management team to set and implement strategies to drive sales.
6. Ensure the team delivers an exceptional customer experience consistent with our brand.
Qualifications :
1. Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in sales
2. Experience in the real estate industry is a MUST
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay : Up to 1,200,000.00 per year
