Gurugram-based reliable real estate consultancy firm urgently looking for a Team Leader - Real Estate Sales for Gurgaon location .They envisioned their company as a resource that would assist people in finding their dream homes, taking into consideration both their financial position and their personal goals. Eligibility : Minimum 4 to 5 years of Experiences as a TL

Package : Up-to 12 lPA

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Leader to join the team . In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our team and ensuring that our sales targets are met. You will drive your team to deliver excellent customer service, maintaining the values and ethos of your company.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead and motivate the team to achieve their sales targets.

2. Monitor team performance and report on metrics.

3. Coach and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning.

4. Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity, and profitability.

5. Liaise with the management team to set and implement strategies to drive sales.

6. Ensure the team delivers an exceptional customer experience consistent with our brand.

Qualifications :

1. Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in sales/customer service.

2. Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.

3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team.

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

5. Proficient in relevant computer applications and call centre systems.

6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

Skills :

- Personal pipeline management experience including ability to make cold calls on prospects.

- Strategic and analytical focus

- Result Oriented with experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies

- Ability to articulate knowledge about products, services and value proposition to prospects

- Self motivated with strong time management skills

- Strong oral and written skills

- Superior negotiation abilities

- Strong Microsoft Word, Power point, & Excel skills preferred.

- Ability to develop a good understanding of the prospect using relevant research.

- Build relationships with decision makers and influence with the client

- Network within the industry, community, businesses and customer
