Team Leader - Sales - Real Estate (2-5 yrs)
- Handle a team of 10-12 people and efficiently generate sales through them.
- Manage the customer life cycle through various sales stages along with the team members.
- Assign the leads generated through various marketing activities to the team members.
- Actively participate in the sales and marketing campaigns along with the management to generate more lead traffic.
- Mentor and motivate the team members to move the leads to the next stage of the sales pipeline.
- Lead the negotiation rounds with the clients and developers and help close the deals.
- Build rapport with the developers and their sales teams to understand the market dynamics and create favorable terms for the company.
- Go on a sales call along with the team members for deal closure.
- Take complete accountability of the team performance.
- Take daily and weekly reviews with the team and report to the management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years experience in sales and team handling.
- Real Estate experience will be preferred.
