Team Leader - Sales - Real Estate (10-14 yrs)
1. Coordinate with Sales/Marketing team for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers.
2. Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties.
3. Leading a team of inside sales executive & regularly taking follow-up with the team for Lead Generation, Hunting New Accounts.
4. Understand customer needs/ requirements and educate them accordingly.
5. Ability to arrange 10 to 20 meetings in a month & make it into conversion and complete his/her target (Depend Upon Profile to profile)
6. Give the presentation to the clients about the projects & resolve their queries on same
