Sales Team Leader with Experience for Real Estate Firm in Gurgaon
APEX Infra Developers Pvt. Ltd. Founded in 2011 is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Team Leaders. APEX is a Preferred Services Provider and Channel Partner to many of its clients and developers in the residential and commercial real estate space, including big names like DLF, M3M, and Trump Tower.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a Team of Sales Executives, Providing Guidance & motivation to meet Sales Targets.
- Develop and implement effective Sales strategies and campaigns to generate leads.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that the sales strategy aligns with the company's overall marketing strategy.
- Regularly update accounts on current projects and deliverables.
- Manage client relationships and ensure that excellent customer service is provided.
- Conduct regular team meetings.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
- Participate in networking events and exhibitions to promote the company's properties and brand.
Requirements :
- Real Estate Experience is a must.
- Own Conveyance is Mandatory.
- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills with a pleasing personality.
- Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM software
Location: Gurugram | Timings: 10am to 7pm (Tuesday Off)
