Team Leader - Sales & Marketing - Pharma (2-3 yrs)
- Daily visit to target customers and train them on our product, pitching products and our services.
- Continuous engagement of current customer base along with improve product usage.
- Perform market survey and suggest improvements in product.
- Implement marketing campaigns and different initiatives.
- Identifying and convert new sales leads.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
- Managing a team of BDEs or Field Sales Executives and setting targets
Skill(s) required:
- Sales/Marketing/Business Development/Communication/Basic MS-Excel
- Candidate should be from Pharma industry
