Team Leader - Sales - Loan Against Property Vertical (4-6 yrs)
- Responsible for managing the sales and business development activities and Collections for Home Loan / LAP finance.
- Building & Managing relationship with business associates /channel partners & customers
- Managing and motivating the sales team towards achieving targets
- Implement learning and training for all channel partners for process, product, technology and soft skills training
- Evaluate team sales performance and recommend improvements
- Liaise with cross-functional operations, product, marketing, and other central teams to ensure process efficiency
- Experience of recruiting and training of sales team and channel partners
- Ability to liaison & follow-up with external and internal stakeholders
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of the local market.
