Team Leader - Sales - Life Insurance (3-5 yrs)
Position : Sales Team Leader
Location : Surat, Vapi,Valsad, GJ
Position Type : Full-Time
Education : Any Graduate
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage Life Insurance sales goals through :
- Recruiting agents
- Training and developing agents on a commission basis.
- Supervise the activity plans of all agents to ensure they are being fulfilled as per the desired levels.
- Conduct a weekly performance review (PRP) with agents & update Sales.
Management System :
- Promote & motivate agents for the Career progression program to make them join the organization.
- Promote agents to use the Agent Portal & CRM for managing their customers & cross selling them for different products.
Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years experience in Field sales
- Must have good local Network
- Candidate must have own vehicles
- The candidate must have banking, Finance, and Insurance sector experience
