EDUCATION QUALIFICATION : ANY GRADUATE DEGREE

AGE CRITERIA : 26 - 60 Years as on 2019, (Male/Female)

PLACE OF WORK AFTER COMPLETION OF TRAINING : ERODE TRAINING PERIOD :90Days

An Advisor needs to achieve the defined criteria to progress to become an Agency Leader and to progress to higher levels of leader as Senior Agency leader / Group agency leader in his/her career path.

GOAL SHEET FOR AGENCY LEADERS

An Agency Leader (AL/SAL/GAL) will be eligible for performance based fixed as well as variable pay-out as listed below:

1. Fixed Salary Per month

2.In addition to the fixed basic pay productivity bonus will be calculated accordingly from 30-60% of your advisor monthly earning

3. Monthly Active NLA Allowance

4. Monthly Production Bonus

5. Monthly Advisor Activation Allowance

6. Indirect Team QPB for SAL/GAL (Indirect Team L1 & L2 - Quarterly)

7. Self-Sourced business pay-out
