Team Leader - Sales - Life Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Job Description :
- As an Agency Channel Manager for Life Insurance, you will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of the agency channel.
- This role involves recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the agency network.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new insurance agents.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to agents to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
