Team Leader - Sales - IT (3-10 yrs)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Candidate should have:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales
2. Must have a experience in Field sales
3. Team Handling Experience.
Candidate will be responsible to:
1. Ensure monthly targets.
2. Setting goals, making action plans and Execution.
3. Hiring Sales Exec and train them.
4. Ensuring database is generated to achieve sales
5. Conducting sales activities for Product Awareness
6. Daily visits and solving queries of field associates.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
1. Open for travelling to other cities as well (As per urgent bases only).
2. Must have their own vehicle and laptop.
