We are hiring a Team Leader to drive sales and lead a team of insurance advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of team leadership experience in insurance (preferred).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
