Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Team Leader to lead business growth within a designated region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing a network of productive agents, enabling them to meet sales targets while ensuring continuous market growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment, training, and onboarding of agents to create a strong team focused on driving regional growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance agent performance and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
- Provide consistent coaching, guidance, and performance evaluations to empower agents for optimal success.
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activities to uncover opportunities for new business development.
- Work closely with internal teams to provide agents with the necessary resources and support to achieve their goals.
- Ensure agents adhere to company policies and industry regulations while executing sales strategies.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 3-9 years of proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the insurance industry.
- Track record of consistently meeting sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
