Team Leader - Sales - Insurance (3-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand the network of agents for life insurance products.
- Provide training and development programs for agents to enhance performance.

- Support agents in generating leads and converting leads into clients.
- Set performance targets for agents and track their progress.

Job Requirements:
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance or sales network development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driving license and own transport.
