Team Leader - Sales - Insurance (1-3 yrs)
1. Motivate and inspire the team to surpass their potentials
2. Manage the sales team and ensure strict adherence to sales targets
3. Monitor calls and identify areas of improvements
4. Provide necessary feedback to sales agents to improve call quality
5. Should be able to coach the team on Sales
6. Responsibility for delivery of the Defined customer experience in every call
