Team Leader - Sales - Insurance (0-11 yrs)
The main duties of sales managers include selecting and training team members, setting quotas, assessing and modifying performance, and creating systems that increase sales.
Responsibilities and roles :
- Recruiting agents and offering consistent training for those who sell insurance.
- Attaining the goals set and keeping good relationships with clients and agents. achieving the designated PMS target through his mapped intermediaries Agent tracking, activation, and licensing.
- Handling all retail products across the portfolio, including those in the health, property, and motor categories.
- Keeping good communication with the agents and giving them regular product and process training.
- Acting as a problem solver and actively resolving problems and inquiries.
- Hold regular meetings with agents, Lead Providers, and intermediaries while keeping organized, systematic records of each meeting.
- To create a solid advisor base, find and hire qualified advisors.
- Aid advisors in generating leads, making contact, and expanding their businesses.
- Make sure advisors give clients the appropriate financial solutions based on need assessments and that they follow the necessary business procedures and norms.
- Reach the monthly business goals for bringing in new clients and hiring advisors.
Candidate Requirement:
1.Graduation in Any Stream
2. Minimum 1 to 2 Years in sales and Marketing of BFSI or any Field Sales
3. Attractive Personality and good communication skills
4. One who ready for challenges
