Team Leader - Sales - Industrial Automation/Electronics (11-14 yrs)
1.Responsible to prepare and execute aggressive sales plans and achieve the sales targets in the assigned region stipulated by the management.
2. Responsible to implement & monitor monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans and strategies as per the business sales forecast of department.
3. To manage individual and team targets assigned by the management.
4. To foster & monitor sales revenue by offering Omron one step solutions to potential customers in segments like - Energy, Water, Panel Builders, Infrastructure, EPC contractor, Panel builders.
5. Creating effective account plans for each (KEY) accounts and manage the execution plan against each of these plans.
6. Identify and develop potential customers in the assigned segment and maintain the healthy relationships with the existing customers in the assigned region, ensure IHS (In-House Share %) of existing/new customers grows year on year.
7. Intra-department coordination with the organization to deliver the best services & solutions as per the commitment given to customers.
8. Responsible for performance management and development of the team.
9. Responsible to plan seminars/ product demos/ road shows at customer's site as per the requirement.
10. Report and MIS preparation.
