Team Leader - Sales - FMCG (5-12 yrs)
Front line sales leader for a defined territory. Executioner of the company and distributor business plans, Training resource for his/her Re-sale team (Sales executive, Merchandiser & Driver)
STL is responsible for business plans delivery and sales fundamentals results for his/her team (team of Sales executives & Merchandisers) and assigned territory/area, responsible for quality execution of Initiatives. In addition he/she is responsible for identifying development areas for the Sales Executives, preparing a training calendar and imparting in-market/ class-room training for defined P&G training programs
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Planning and achievement of DSE-wise Coverage, volume & fundamentals in the assigned area objectives in the assigned area
- Planning and execution of the promotions & new product launches in the assigned area
- Works with all Top Stores & leads the Joint business planning with these stores
- Planning and achievement of Local Initiatives / priorities (eg OHD thrust, Coverage extension plans, RPS drive )
- Analysis and planning of business DSE-wise/ customer-wise / Product category/ SKU-wise for the assigned area.
- Skill upgradation of Sales Executives & Merchandisers.
- Audit of BCP process, initiative execution etc..
-Track Sales Executive & Merchandiser skill upgradation
- Impart regular in-market/ classroom training
- Participates in the site Joint Business Planning process
- Leads Business Team reviews in the Canvass meetings
- Ongoing Performance review of his/her team of Sales executives & Merchandisers
- Records and reports
- Ensure proper collection for assigned area
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Post Graduates or Graduates in any discipline (Engineers not preferred), Working knowledge of MS Office Applications.
Experience: About 4 - 5 years of sales work experience
Language: English & Fluency in local language
Key Criteria: High Initiative & Follow through skills, Persuasive Communication skills, Strong Leadership skills and exceptional maturity levels; white collar, lower middle class (needy) background, negligible power of influence, non-unionized environment
Age not more than 30 years.
