Team Leader - Sales - Education (5-12 yrs)
Leading Ed-Tech company immediately requires Team Leader Sales as per below mention Job Description:
The Team leader Sales is responsible for defining, delivering and evaluating a highly effective recruitment and sales strategy to raise profile and awareness within international/domestic markets,meet ambitious targets, and significantly drive the Student Advisor's to increase student enrolment numbers.
- Achieve Individual SLA targets set as well as the account level collective targets set for the team
- Ensure that the team meets /exceeds SLAs (service level agreements) as agreed with the client
- Manage internal and external stakeholders process related expectations
- Responsible in the development of overall objectives and long-range goals for the Team
- Responsible to develop, deliver and implement the annual sales plan and make short, medium and long term sales strategies thereof
- Manage the sales team and track their pipeline. Build an effective sales team that nurtures
incoming leads and enhances the revenues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate
- Experience in advising or career counseling would be an added advantage.
- Experience in making outbound high volume calls an asset.
