Job Description :
- Achieve Revenue Targets on Brokerage (PMS, Equity, Broking, Mutual Fund) & other value added products
- Ensure each team member contributes to achieve the overall target.
- Take one on one sessions with executive below performance curve & try enhancing their performance
- Monitor report everyday to monitor number of inbound, outbound calls and talk time of BDMs to ensure quality is maintained
- Regular feedback to team members for improvement
- Taking care of Business development executive team.
- Taking care of online business .
- Ensure executives are trained to handle calls & less errors percentage.
- Regular team briefings on new product / process update
- Handle escalation & complaints
- Maintain attendance & conduct as per policy
- Train new members of the team on various products
