Team Leader - Sales - BPO (2-5 yrs)
Description :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader for our Business Development Executive (BDE) team in the BPO sector. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and lead a team of BDEs to achieve targets.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement strategies for generating leads and acquiring new clients in the BPO sector.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance appraisals.
- Assist BDEs in prospecting, cold calling, and client meetings to close deals.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and best practices.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to retain and grow client relationships.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.
- Promote a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
