Team Leader - Sales - BPO (2-5 yrs)
About Process :
- Manage productivity requirements and implement strategies to improve production
- Monitor daily production reports and proactively manage files as they approach SLA commitments
- Ensure client dictated SLA's are adhered to
- Assist in the clarification or resolution of issues as they arise between customers and operating personnel
- Handle attrition and shrinkage
Requirement :
- Excellent communication skills required (B29)
- Basic computer knowledge
Education :
- Graduate with minimum 2 year of experience as Team Leader on papers in Domestic BPO (stock broking back ground /Process experience mandatory )
