Position Type : Full-Time

Salary : 35,000 to 40,000 CTC

No. of open position : 45

Experience : 1 year in BPO sales

Shift timings : 8 AM to 8 PM (Any 9 hours)

Working Days : 6 Days working

Job Summary :

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader with a background in BPO sales, specifically within the BFSI industry.


- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing sales teams in a BPO setting, with a deep understanding of BFSI products and services.


- The Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of sales agents, ensuring performance targets are met, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Team Leadership :


- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Performance Management :


- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve skills and achieve goals.

Sales Strategy :


- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the BFSI sector to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.


Training and Development :


- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team is knowledgeable about BFSI products and sales techniques.

Client Interaction :


- Act as a point of contact for key clients, addressing concerns and ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.

Quality Assurance :


- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to maintain high levels of customer service.

Reporting :


- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and client feedback to senior management.

Problem Resolution :


- Address and resolve any operational issues or client complaints, ensuring quick and effective solutions.

Collaboration :


- Work closely with other departments such as HR, IT, and Operations to support team needs and enhance overall performance.

Compliance :


- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, particularly those related to BFSI operations.

Qualifications :

- Education:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CSM, COPC) is a plus.

Experience :


- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a BPO sales role, with at least 2 years in a team leadership position within the BFSI sector.

Skills :


- Strong leadership and motivational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proven ability to drive sales performance.

Knowledge :


- In-depth understanding of BFSI products and services, including current industry trends and regulatory requirements.

Technical Proficiency :


- Familiarity with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Problem-Solving :


- Ability to handle complex client issues and provide effective solutions.


- Adaptability :


- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
