Team Leader - Sales - BFSI/IT/Telecom (3-6 yrs)
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Must have experience in Team Handling.
- Should manage a team of 6 to 7 is currently
- Should know spoken English and basic Excel skills
- Should spend at least half the days in the month on the field with his team
- Should be from the B2C sector
- Should be holding a high portfolio size
- Should not be from Bank Assurance, Insurance, and CASA departments
- Should not be from SBI inside/branch sales.
- Notice period should be 1 month or less
Age limit : Max. 31 Year(s)- Male
Qualification : Graduation Only
Experience : 3-7 Year(s) of experience as Sales / Business Development in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance or Telecom / ISP mandatory
Responsibilities :
- End-to-End ownership of the Sales for a cluster
- Hire, monitor, and manage a team of Sales Manager.
- Owning and delivering targets for various channels
- Track the performance of the Sales manager and Visit our channel partner
- Convert leads into long term customers
- Achieve your weekly amp monthly sales targets by converting customers.
- Communicate company goals safety practices and deadlines to the team
- Training and mentoring team members on a regular basis and give them feedback
- Drive, rigor, motivate team members, and assesses performance
- Language proficient
- Highly aggressive (Restless) Team Leader & Motivator
- Target-oriented salesperson
