Team Leader - Sales - BFSI (2-9 yrs)
Job Summary :
Team Leaders would be responsible for driving a team of Relationship Officers to ensure achievement of Sales Targets and would play an important role in Business Development.
Location : Bannerughatta, Bengaluru

Experience : 2 yrs to 9 yrs of experience as Sales / Business Development in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance mandatory
Responsibilities :
- Recruitment, Training and Leading a team of Relationship Officers and monitoring their performance & productivity to ensure budget achievement
- Identification of potential tie-ups and channels for business development; target entities - DSAs, Industry bodies and Associations, Mid-Sized/ Large Companies (for funding to their channels/ suppliers)
- Preparing local sales strategy and segment-wise plan and ensuring that the team is sync with the same
- Planning & implementing local level marketing pitch / activities in consultation with the Product team and marketing team
- Maintaining the - Customer First- motto and imbibing the same in the team also, to ensure smooth customer experience and faster lead conversion
- Managing end to end customer acquisition to disbursement for all in coordination with other internal units (including Credit & Operations) and vendors (including empaneled Lawyers, Value's, FI Agencies)
- Maintaining all sales reports and presenting the same to management
