Job Summary :

We seek an experienced Sales Team Leader to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, sales, and strategic thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives

2. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve team targets

3. Set sales goals, objectives, and performance metrics

4. Conduct sales meetings, training, and coaching

6. Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Requirements :

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in any Business, Marketing, or sales related field

2. Experience: 2+ years of core sales or marketing or business development experience
