Team Leader - Sales - BFSI (2-7 yrs)
We're seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to guide and mentor a team in promoting life insurance policies. You'll be responsible for driving client acquisition, retention, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives.
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- 2+ years of field sales experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- CTC Package upto:3.20LPA
- Age Criteria:21 to 38.
