Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, inspire, and coach a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales quotas.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and maximize performance.

- Establish a strong understanding of the market and customer needs to improve sales effectiveness.

- Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and collaboration within the team.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing and motivating a team.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex customer issues.

- Ability to analyze sales metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
